These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchase of the digital book Room for Yourself Again. You are contracting with Wrenford Books (“we”, “us”). By using this website or buying the book, you agree to these terms.

The product

A single purchase gives you two PDF editions of the book (Computer & Tablet, and Mobile) for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not resell, share, redistribute or publicly post the files.

Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website or the book, including by using them unlawfully, for fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with security (for example malware, probing or scraping).

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the book, this website and their content, text, design and branding.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access to downloads for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious misuse.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Wrenford Books is the data controller for personal information collected through this website, and handles it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we collect and why

• Order details (name, email address, order reference) – to deliver your book, confirm your order and provide support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Technical data (IP address, browser and device information) – to keep the site secure and working and prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Messages you send us – to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Card and payment details are collected by Paddle, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Service providers who host this website, store files and send emails for us.
• Professional advisers (such as accountants), and authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the book and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, private file storage and restricted access.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local data protection authority. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar storage needed for the site and checkout to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
